Reviews and Ratings
Walking into the hotel room was such a pleasant surprise - it was so clean and smelled fresh, exceeding my expectations. Although some king-size rooms were not available, I didn't mind since I didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Overall, my stay was delightful.
I have to say, my stay at this hotel was just fantastic! The room was big enough for two people and had a classy study-like ambiance, making it feel excellent, attractive, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, nice, friendly, and efficient, with great and very helpful staff offering valuable tips for the area. The location couldn't be better, close to restaurants and pubs, making it an excellent choice for vacationers. The dining experience was delightful, especially having a Starbucks concession on-site. Overall, a great value for money with outstanding features!
The hotel had some great features like an awesome stereo system, a large TV, a comfortable bed, and a great shower in modern and clean rooms. However, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. The interior window that looked into the hallway across the atrium was a bit funny but manageable with closed blinds.
The hotel was just okay. The room was big enough to hold a yoga session in and had a fridge and TV, but it didn't have any microwaves. The service was nice on check-in, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, although the staff were the least friendly we came across on our whole trip. The location was brilliant with an underground station right outside the door. The dining experience would be much appreciated with at least a coffee maker in the room or on the floor.
The hotel is ideally located right across from the harbor in Boston, offering nice views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not large, they were big enough. However, being in the basement with no daylight was a downside. The service had ups and downs with some staff members being preoccupied, but others were very courteous and helpful. The location is excellent for walkers, close to major attractions and easily reachable by public transport. The dining experience was good, with a nice public area to enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. Overall, a mixed experience with strengths and areas for improvement.
When I arrived, the room had a strong disinfectant smell, and the air conditioning was loud but provided a nice view. However, the noise from young people on the street and the nearby Black Rose Tavern was noticeable on Friday and Saturday nights. The room itself was pleasant, facing the hotel courtyard.
The hotel had fresh, neat, and clean rooms, but they were small and noise could be heard from the window. The service was sufficient but lacked friendliness. The location was outstanding, convenient to many activities. The dining options were limited, with only Starbucks available. Overall, the hotel offered a great location and clean rooms but fell short on service friendliness and dining choices.
The hotel was clean and just right for two people, but the tired Venetian blind in the room was a downside. The service was pleasant and courteous, with a lovely touch of a free drink voucher for my boyfriend's birthday. The location couldn't have been more perfect, near various attractions and right across from the waterfront. The dining experience offered some options in the public area, though a more diverse menu would have been appreciated. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and an unbeatable location.
Overall, the hotel's location is outstanding as it is close to Faneuil Hall and various restaurants, but the rooms felt a bit claustrophobic due to the lack of external windows. The service was friendly and helpful, though some staff members lacked information on local amenities. The dining options were decent, with scones being a highlight. The availability of facilities seemed limited, and the internal design was unusual.
The hotel had a great location near the Freedom Trail and many restaurants. The rooms were small but provided all the essentials, and the service was quite helpful. Despite being a bit dark, the room price matched the excellent location. The dining options were limited, but the facilities were satisfactory.
I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were not as expected, but the location was fantastic with easy access to many attractions. The service was a bit hit or miss, and the dining options were limited. Overall, an average stay with some notable positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The service was helpful, but not particularly people-oriented. The location was perfect, putting us close to many walkable places on our list. The dining experience was a bit lacking in options, but the facilities were good.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with enormous TVs and full audio and DVD players, although they were a bit small, and the bathroom being right beside the bed made it noisy at night. The service was great, especially for allowing early check-in and being very friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring downtown Boston with easy access to major sights and attractions. The dining experience was a bit lacking, with expensive options and limited choices. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, catering to various needs with convenience.
The hotel is ideally located, just a few steps away from transit, the market, the aquarium, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms, while lacking external windows, were surprisingly comfortable. The service was friendly and accommodating, although some staff members could benefit from additional training on guest interactions. The location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions and right across from the subway. Dining options were limited, but the public area off the lobby offered complimentary coffee and tea. Overall, a convenient choice with some unique quirks.
The hotel had personality and was clean and comfortable, featuring a king-size bed and a modern shower head. The service was great, and the location was central, ideal for sightseeing. The facilities were satisfactory.
